Painting - Blooming Flowers – Cell Centered Blue Tones SOLD

Minimal yet bold design piece of artwork comprised of striking, naive style, of Forget-Me-Not flowers painted against a warm yellow, orange and red tones background. The colours aim to evoke a bright and cheerful response. Bursting into life the painting uses brushstrokes layered spontaneously with colourful shades of blue, to bright turquoise green or aqua bluey green strokes to fill the space with flowers varying in size diagonally across the canvas. The span of complementary yellow tones subtlety blended in the background and swirls and swishes of blue tones are abstracted and simplistic in form, almost like the nucleus of a cell, the beginning of new life forms, mutations, synchronicity of organic forms in which flora and fauna, life generates evolves, renews and grows.
